The Exonerated

Robert Anu Robert Anu (Delbert) has been active in the Philadelphia area theatre scene, as both an actor and a director, for many years, most notably at Allens Lane Theater in Mt. Airy where he has directed such shows as Eyes of the American, The Death of the Black Jesus and Three Viewings, among others. He also serves on the Allens Lane Theatre committee. This marks his first production with The Drama Group.
Larry Arrigale Larry Arrigale (Gary) is making his Drama Group debut, having appeared most recently as Lopakhin in The Cherry Orchard at The Stagecrafters in Chestnut Hill. He has also appeared in numerous productions at Players Club of Swarthmore since 1991.
Monroe Barrick Monroe Barrick (David) is making his first appearance with The Drama Group. He has appeared in local theatres throughout the Delaware Valley. His last appearance was as Doc Gibbs in Our Town at The Ritz.
Walter DeShields Walter DeShields (Robert) is a vibrant theater actor. His theater experience has always been anchored by a responsibility to address issues important to his history and community. This is his first appearance with The Drama Group.
Donna Marie Earl Donna Marie Earl (Ensemble) was introduced to acting as a student with Freedom Theatre. Her first acting experience was with The Avante Theater Company of PhiladelphiaÕs production of for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf, in the role of The Lady in Green. Her first appearance with The Drama Group came in 2002 when she played the role of Rose in Fences.
Ben Morris Ben Morris (Ensemble) is appearing in his first Drama Group show. His past roles have included Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet, the Constable in Our Town, and Rick in Six Degrees of Separation.
Linda Palmarozza Linda Palmarozza (Sunny) has been a leading actress with local theaters for over 25 years. Two of her recent roles were Professor Ruth Steiner in Collected Stories at Langhorne Players and as Actress B in Alarms and Excursions at Montgomery Theater. This is her first role with The Drama Group.
Wayne Snover Wayne Snover (Ensemble) has appeared in numerous roles at The Drama Group including Martin in last fallÕs production of Incorruptible as well as Serge in Art, Uncle Peck in How I Learned to Drive, Carl in Lonely Planet and Ross in Spinning into Butter, which he also directed. His other directorial credits have included The Foreigner, Much Ado About Nothing, and Children of a Lesser God among others.
Andrew Whelan Andrew Whelan (Kerry) was last seen playing Olf in The Drama GroupÕs production of Incorruptible last fall. Long ago before that, he was a proud member of The University Players while a student at the University of Scranton.
Loretta Zullo Loretta Zullo (Ensemble) appeared last year in The Drama GroupÕs production of Taken in Marriage and played a wide variety of characters (both female and male) in The Drama GroupÕs production of The Laramie Project. She has also appeared at Allens Lane Theater in Mt. Airy where she played Teresa in A Memory of Water and Latrelle in Sordid Lives.
Robert Bauer Robert Bauer (Director) has directed many shows with The Drama Group including Equus, Room Service, The Laramie Project, A Midsummer NightÕs Dream, and, most recently, Taken in Marriage. More recently, he played the role of Charles in The Drama GroupÕs production of Incorruptible. He has also appeared with Simpatico Theatre Project and Theatre Fabulous in Center City and The Stagecrafters in Chestnut Hill.
