Yvonne is an ambitious, young, African-American newspaper reporter, stuck writing puff pieces about black-related community events. Then, one day, while on yet another lifestyle assignment, she uncovers shocking details surrounding a major news story. ItÕs the story that could make her career. ItÕs the story that would force her editors to finally see her as a serious journalist. ItÕs the story that will change her life. But at what cost? As the story unfolds, so does a web of ambition, prejudice, morality, social politics and journalistic integrity. How reliable is the storyÕs source? And exactly how much of the story is true?

You know the plot. Lucentio, Hortensio and Gremio all want to marry sweet, young Bianca; and no one wants to marry her headstrong, older sister Katharina. But their mother (yes, mother!) Baptista has dictated that Bianca may not marry until Kate has a husband. Along comes the swaggering and arrogant Petruchio who accepts the challenge of taming the shrewish Kate. We know, itÕs all very misogynistic. But hold on a second. Exactly who is doing the taming and who is being tamed? And who is being fooled by whom? Join us for a round of matrimonial fun and games in warm and sunny Padua.
